ADXL is a digital advertising platform that strives to ensure that discrimination is not allowed on its platform. This is why the platform has special ad categories that apply to ads with specific requirements in certain countries.

These special ad categories vary based on the advertising channels used. To run ads in these categories, advertisers must connect their own ad account with policy compliance and necessary channel approvals.

For ads about social issues, elections, or politics, authorization and "Paid for by" disclaimers are required. Limited audience selection tools are also available for ads about credit, employment, or housing opportunities to help protect people from unlawful discrimination across ADXL's technologies.

ADXL restricts demographic targeting for specific ad categories that could have a discriminatory impact. These include ad campaigns for employment, housing, and financial services such as banking or mortgages. Advertisers seeking to launch campaigns in these categories will not be able to target their ads based on demographic factors like age, gender, income, or education level.

In addition, certain targeting options are limited or unavailable for these ads for advertisers based in or targeting the US and advertisers targeting Canada and certain countries in Europe. These include age, gender, ZIP code or postal code, exclusion targeting, lookalike audiences, and saved audiences. Some interests may also be unavailable when creating an audience.

Overall, ADXL takes its responsibility to prevent discrimination seriously and strives to provide a fair and inclusive advertising platform for all users
