Ad credit is a new and convenient way for businesses to manage their advertising campaigns. Whether you're advertising on Facebook, Google, TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, or other platforms, ADXL Ad Credit provides you with a universal currency that you can use to pay for your ad spend. However, there are a few things you need to know when using ad credit.

  1. Ad Credit Usage: Ad credit can be used for any ad spend for campaigns delivered through the ADXL platform. It's important to note that ad credit is not applicable if you are running ads with your own accounts and billing from your ad accounts.

  2. Customer Lists Purchases: Ad credit can also be used to purchase retarget-ready customer lists from the audience inventory. This makes ad credit an extremely versatile option for businesses.

  3. Managed Services Purchases: Ad credit can be used to pay for managed services offered by ADXL, such as campaign management, creative design, and other advertising-related services.

  4. Ad Credit Restrictions: Ad credit is not transferable between accounts and is not refundable. Additionally, ad credits have no expiry date, so you can use them whenever you need to.

  5. Account Closing: If you close your account or if your account is not active for over 365 days and gets closed automatically, you can still maintain your ad credit and use it if you reopen an account in the future.
