To ensure efficient management and control over the platform, specific roles and permissions are assigned to users. In this article, we will explain the different roles and permissions in ADXL.

Roles in ADXL There are two main roles in ADXL:

1. Admin: The Admin is responsible for managing the ADXL account, including billing control, user management, and other administrative tasks.

2. Team Member: Team Members are users who work on the project and have access to specific tools and features. They have limited access to account settings and are not authorized to manage billing or other administrative tasks.

Permissions in ADXL There are six permission options for team members in ADXL:

1. View only: This permission allows team members to view campaign data, analytics, and all account details except billing and user management.

2. Update details: This permission allows team members to access all advertising features, including the ability to add, create, edit, and publish new campaigns. They can also access analytics data except for billing and user management.

3. View team: This permission allows team members to access all advertising features, including the ability to add, create, edit, and publish new campaigns. They can also view the list of team members but do not have access to billing or user management.

4. Invite & remove team members: This permission allows team members to access all advertising features, including the ability to add, create, edit, and publish new campaigns. They can also invite and remove team members but do not have access to billing or user management.

5. View billing details: This permission allows team members to access all advertising features, including the ability to add, create, edit, and publish new campaigns. They can also view billing details but cannot manage billing or user settings.

6. Update billing details: This permission is reserved for the Admin only and allows them to have full control over the billing settings and manage user settings.

In conclusion, understanding the different roles and permissions in ADXL is essential for efficient project management. The Admin has full control over the platform, while Team Members have limited access based on their permissions. By assigning the appropriate roles and permissions to users, teams can work collaboratively and effectively towards their project goals.
