ADXL account management has a hierarchical structure consisting of accounts, organizations, and advertisers (brands). In this article, we'll explain the structure in more detail and the roles of each member in account administration.

Account Structure:

  • ADXL account contains an organization inside it

  • When setting up a new account, an organization name must be provided, and the system will create an organization for the account

  • Only one organization can be created per account

  • One organization can have multiple advertisers (brands) for each organization

One user can be added to multiple accounts as an admin or based on different roles

Account Administration:

  • Admin users are responsible for managing the organization, billing, payments and the team members in ADXL account management

  • Admin users can add team members, assign roles and permissions to them, and remove them from the organization

  • Team members can be added to multiple accounts with different roles and permissions

Roles and Permissions:

  • ADXL account management has role-based account management

  • Admin users can assign roles and permissions to team members

  • There can be multiple account admins for one account

  • Account admins are responsible for billing and payments for the account
