If you have a channel integration with a brand in ADXL, such as Facebook, Google, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, or Twitter accounts or business page profiles, there are certain things you need to know before removing or disconnecting it from the brand.

Here's what you should keep in mind:

Important Points to Consider

  • If you have any campaigns that are active, paused, failed, or under any status campaigns, you cannot remove the integration (disconnect the ad account or business page/profile) from the brand.

  • If you want to remove one channel and reconnect a new channel, you have to delete all the campaigns that were attached to the channel before removing it.

  • If you have any past campaign data, analytics, or anything related to that campaign, it will be deleted, and you will lose the data.

  • The option in this case is to create a new advertiser and add your new Facebook, Google, Instagram, Tik Tok, or Twitter account to that brand.

Adding Multiple Brands without Restrictions

In your ADXL account, you can add multiple brands without any restriction in most of the plans. This means you can create a new brand and connect a new channel to it without having to delete any past campaigns or losing any data.

Disconnecting or removing a channel integration from a brand in ADXL requires careful consideration, as it can result in the loss of valuable campaign data. However, creating a new brand and connecting a new channel to it is a viable option that allows you to keep your past campaign data intact. Remember to keep these important points in mind when making any changes to your channel integrations in ADXL
