Step 2: Accessing Customer Lists in your ADXL Account
Log in to the ADXL dashboard and navigate to the remarketing list tab in the left side menu.
Here, you will see two tabs: one for purchased lists and one for uploaded lists.
To upload a new list, click the "Upload a User List" button on the top right of the page, and to remove a list, click the action button.
Step 3: Managing Lists Inside a Campaign
After publishing a campaign with an audience list, navigate to the campaign management and details page.
In the left submenu, click on the "Remarketing" tab.
Here, you will see three options: attached lists, suggested lists, and uploaded lists.
1. Under attached lists:
You will see all the audience lists that are already attached to your campaign.
To remove a list, simply click on the "Remove" button.
To view more details, click on "View."
2. Under suggested lists:
You will see pre-matched lists suggested by ADXL's AI.
You can either view the audience in the list or click on "Add to Campaign" to include it in your campaign.
3. Under uploaded lists:
You can see all the customer segment lists you have uploaded for retargeting.
To add a list to your campaign, simply click on "Add to Campaign."
