When running campaigns in ADXL, there are times when you may need to pause a campaign temporarily. By doing so, the campaign will be paused across all channels where it is running.
Here are two ways to pause a campaign in ADXL:
Option 1:
Log in to the ADXL dashboard.
Navigate to the campaigns tab on the left-hand side.
Locate the campaign you want to pause in the campaign list.
Under the Actions column for that campaign, click on the Pause button.
The campaign will be paused immediately.
Option 2:
Click on the campaign name to access the campaign admin and details page.
On the top right-hand side of the page, locate the "Pause" button.
Click on the Pause button.
The campaign will be paused immediately.
Once you have paused a campaign, the campaign status will change to "Paused" status. If you want to resume the campaign at a later time, simply click on the "Resume" button in the campaign details page or in the campaign list under actions.
