After creating and publishing a campaign on ADXL, it's important to understand the campaign status. Campaign status will help you understand at which stage your campaign is in and whether you need to take any action or not. In this article, we will explain different ADXL campaign statuses.

Draft Status:

The Draft status indicates that the campaign is in a draft form that is saved by the user or auto-saved as a draft.

Paused Status:

The Paused status indicates that the campaign has been paused and is not currently active.

Failed Status:

The Failed status indicates that the campaign has failed, and this can happen due to various reasons. If your campaign fails, you can troubleshoot the issue by following the guidelines provided by ADXL.

Published Status:

The Published status indicates that the campaign has been accepted by ADXL and published to one or more networks. However, campaigns in the published status are not approved by the channels (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter) but have been submitted without errors and are waiting for approval.

Pending Approval Status:

The Pending Approval status indicates that your ads are in the review process of the channels you have selected. The ad review process for each channel may vary, and it usually takes standard time.

Disproved Status:

The Disproved status indicates that your ad has been disproved by the channels. If this happens, you can troubleshoot the issue by following the guidelines provided by ADXL.

Processing Status:

The Processing status indicates that the campaign has been submitted, and ADXL is processing the campaign and communicating with the ad channels.

Active Status:

The Active status indicates that your ads are approved, accepted, and are delivering to your target audience.

In conclusion, it's important to understand different ADXL campaign statuses as they help you track the progress of your campaigns and identify any issues that may arise. If you face any issues, you can always refer to the guidelines provided by ADXL to troubleshoot the problem.
