Step-by-Step Guide:
Log in to your ADXL dashboard.
Select the campaign you want to optimize and click on it.
Go into the campaign admin and information page.
Under platforms, select Google.
Click on the Audience tab.
Here you will find the Audience Targeting Criteria section and there are two main areas of optimization for clear and easy-to-use optimization. Based on your input, ADXL will adjust necessary detailed options and set the best audience.
1. Keywords:
Under Audience Targeting Criteria, click on "Keywords," and you can add or remove keywords.
Click "Add Keywords," enter the keyword/s, and press enter to search. (Each keyword must have a comma at the end, including the last keyword.)
ADXL will recommend similar keywords with ranking.
Select the keywords you want to add and click save.
2. User Interests:
Below the keywords section, find the user interest section.
Click "Add Interest."
ADXL will populate Google affinity, in-market, and industry-based interest sectors, and you can select the interest categories you wish to add.
Some audience targeting options may not be available for all campaign types. ADXL will use the available audience from your selections and save it for your campaign. If a chosen option isn't available, ADXL will utilize other available options or create a new, optimized audience group if needed.

If you optimize a specific channel and later update targeting for all channels, the new settings will replace any previous optimizations. For instance, updating Google Ads keywords will override earlier optimizations and affect all campaign channels. Therefore, carefully plan your targeting strategy to ensure optimal results.
