Easily upload customer lists to ADXL

To use your customer list for retargeting on ADXL, follow these steps:

  1. Log into the ADXL dashboard and go to the "Remarketing Lists" in the side menu.

  2. Click the "Upload a User List" button in the top right corner.

  3. Name your audience and select the customer category.

  4. Choose the fields in your .csv file (email, first name, date of birth, phone number, country code, postal code, mobile advertiser ID).

  5. Select the country or region of your users.

  6. Import your file by uploading or dragging and dropping it.

This process allows you to create retargeting lists for remarketing campaigns across multiple platforms like Facebook, Google, TikTok, and Twitter.

Once the file has been uploaded, you can see a preview of the import. If your file has headers in each column, tick the "Data has headers" checkbox. Drag and drop each column to map the fields and click next.

After uploading your remarketing list to ADXL, the file will be queued and uploaded within 5 to 90 minutes, depending on its size. Once completed, you can view the lists under the "Uploaded Lists" tab. You can delete a list using the action button, but not if it's attached to an active campaign.

Using your customer list with ADXL allows for highly targeted remarketing campaigns across multiple platforms. These steps enable effective retargeting of your existing customers on various advertising channels.
